Welcome Communications

Audi Financial Services (AFS) wanted to re-do the way they welcome new Audi customers to the AFS family. We created a personalized customer journey campaign complete with a welcome folder, email, direct mail, and a personalized video. I concepted and designed all the touch points on this campaign to create a new look and feel and also helped strategize on the touchpoint journey for the customer to help create the most effective and appealing line of communication to welcome them to the brand.
